Linman & Associates is recruiting a Key Account Manager F/M on behalf of one of its clients, a leading
player in the food industry, as part of its strategic development in the United States.

Poste

You will oversee part of the commercial development of the company’s activities and product lines on the U.S. territory. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding retail presence, managing key accounts, and supporting long-term growth.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial Strategy & Development
    • Define and deploy the commercial strategy by market segment in coordination with your manager.
    • Build and implement pricing strategies and promotional calendars for the retail channel.
    • Prepare and respond to Private Label (PL) tenders.
    • Identify, prospect, and develop regional and national retail chains.
    • Structure activity tracking and sales performance KPIs.
  • Account Management & Channel Development
    • Animate and develop a network of brokers, wholesalers, importers, club stores, and retail chains.
    • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis across assigned categories.
    • Support the company’s long-term commercial growth and contribute to the strengthening of the sales organization.
  • Operations & Reporting
    • Ensure coordination with internal stakeholders (marketing, logistics, planning, quality).
    • Provide regular and structured reporting to management.
    • Ensure high standards of execution, client satisfaction, and internal alignment.

Profil

Education:

Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Sales, or similar.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an international environment as a Regional or National Key Account Manager.
  • Mandatory experience within the U.S. retail sector, ideally in food/FMCG.
  • Strong experience in Private Label development and management.
  • Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
