Linman & Associates is supporting one of its clients, a company specialized in the processing of cocoa beans and the production of chocolate, in the recruitment of its future Key Account Manager (F/M).
Location: New York.
Poste
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the company’s commercial activity and promoting its products across the U.S. market, focusing on both the retail and food service sectors.
In this context, the main responsibilities will include:

Achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets,

Prospecting and developing new client accounts,

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers,

Generating leads and driving sales growth,

Participating in industry trade shows,
-
Developing marketing tools and supporting product presentations at trade shows,

Presenting the company’s products to clients and prospects,
-
Expanding sales opportunities across the territory,
-
Organizing and conducting customized product demonstrations,
-
Collecting customer feedback and contributing to the development of new products.

Profil
EDUCATION:
The candidate ideally holds a higher education degree, such as a Business School degree or equivalent, with strong knowledge of pastry and/or bakery. Candidates may also hold a technical diploma in pastry, complemented by a business-oriented higher education degree.
EXPERIENCE:
The candidate must have at least three years of experience in a similar environment as a Sales Manager in the United States. Previous experience managing retail accounts on the U.S. market within the food industry is essential.
KEY QUALITIES:
With strong interpersonal skills, the candidate must demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. Well organized and with strong sales abilities, the candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset and be fully fluent in English, both written and spoken.
