Linman & Associates is recruiting a Sales Coordinator F/M on behalf of one of its clients, a leading player
in the food industry, as part of its strategic development in the United States.
Location: Miami, Florida.
Poste
As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the U.S. team and act as the main interface with the head office in France.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as an interface between the U.S. team and the headquarters.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and address all commercial, marketing, technical and quality-related
inquiries. - During the onboarding and training phase, learn and use all existing tools and follow established processes
regarding sample requests, product follow-up, and packaging development. - Create new customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry.
- Complete listing files and support the setup of new product references.
- Ensure a smooth transition of ongoing files and activities with the current part-time Sales Coordinator.
- Support all inquiries related to product development.
- Coordinate projects with internal departments based in Europe (marketing, quality, logistics, planning).
- Serve as a point of contact for quality, scheduling, and logistics teams to ensure operational accuracy and
efficiency. - Enter and process customer orders, manage claims and resolve potential disputes.
- Investigate and, when necessary, contest customer deductions until financial discrepancies are fully resolved.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance indicators and share them with management.
- Build and monitor retro-planning schedules and ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Prepare and organize sample shipments.
- Provide support to the team on all matters related to back-office operations.

Profil
Education:
The ideal candidate holds a higher education degree in Business, preferably with a focus on International Business.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an international environment as a Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator (ADV) is required.
Prior experience managing retail accounts in the U.S. market on behalf of food or consumer goods companies is mandatory.
