Linman & Associates is recruiting a Sales Coordinator F/M on behalf of one of its clients, a leading player
in the food industry, as part of its strategic development in the United States. 

Location: Miami, Florida.

Poste

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the U.S. team and act as the main interface with the head office in France.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as an interface between the U.S. team and the headquarters.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and address all commercial, marketing, technical and quality-related
    inquiries.
  • During the onboarding and training phase, learn and use all existing tools and follow established processes
    regarding sample requests, product follow-up, and packaging development.
  • Create new customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Complete listing files and support the setup of new product references.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of ongoing files and activities with the current part-time Sales Coordinator.
  • Support all inquiries related to product development.
  • Coordinate projects with internal departments based in Europe (marketing, quality, logistics, planning).
  • Serve as a point of contact for quality, scheduling, and logistics teams to ensure operational accuracy and
    efficiency.
  • Enter and process customer orders, manage claims and resolve potential disputes.
  • Investigate and, when necessary, contest customer deductions until financial discrepancies are fully resolved.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance indicators and share them with management.
  • Build and monitor retro-planning schedules and ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and organize sample shipments.
  • Provide support to the team on all matters related to back-office operations.

Profil

Education:
The ideal candidate holds a higher education degree in Business, preferably with a focus on International Business.

Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an international environment as a Sales Assistant / Sales Coordinator (ADV) is required.

Prior experience managing retail accounts in the U.S. market on behalf of food or consumer goods companies is mandatory.

Fluency in English and French is essential.
